Job Title: Work Management Coordinator – Materials & Contracts

Location: Vernon, BC (Remote)

Our client is a leading energy utility that generates, purchases, distributes and sells electricity. They are currently looking for a Work Management Coordinator – Materials & Contracts   for their Interior BC location

Overview:

The Work Management Coordinator supports T Lines programs by coordinating material and contract related work management activities.
Role Accountabilities

  • Provides day?to?day coordination support for material and contract workstreams, helping ensure information is accurate, up to date, and visible to stakeholders across Program Management, Field Operations, Contracts, and Supply Chain.
  • Supports material readiness and contract administration activities by tracking status, maintaining documentation, and coordinating follow?ups. This role does not perform procurement or contract awards but helps ensure work is supported and aligned.
  • Maintains trackers, logs, and SharePoint content that support consistent work management processes. Contributes to clear, repeatable workflows and helps improve how work information is captured and shared.
  • May provide periodic on?site support at material yards or project locations to assist with basic verification, observations, and documentation, while following all safety requirements.

Experience:

  • A minimum five (5) years of project management experience or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or related discipline
  • Experience with SharePoint, MS Lists, or similar tracking tools.
  • SAP experience is a must have, including viewing material data and extracting information for trackers (no transactional authority required)
  • Understanding of project management principles (e.g., task tracking, schedules, dependencies, risk awareness) is considered an asset
  • Exposure to Transmission, Distribution, or material support environment is considered an asset

 

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$60.00 and CA$74.50
