Job Title: Project Manager – External Funding

Our client is a leading energy utility that generates, purchases, distributes and sells electricity. They are currently looking for a Project Manager for their Burnaby location
Overview:
Our client is looking for a Project Manager to oversee preparation of government claim submission for Project Delivery projects.
They will Support tracking and reviewing of customer funding and contribution data in projects
Role Accountabilities
- Summarize data onto claim templates
- Extract data from client system and review for admissibility
- Gather all supporting documentation for each claim submission
- Fulfill audit requests for additional information by extracting data from BCH system
- Work with project manager, commercial manager, Finance and other members of project team to validate admissibility of costs
- Accrual submission
- Extraction of related data from BCH system to assist with tracking and reviewing
- Work with project manager, interconnections manager, Finance and other members of project team to validate costs
Education and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree Engineering or relevant field
- A minimum of five (5) years of project management experience or equivalent.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
- Willingness to learn multiple program areas and adapt to changing priorities.
- Comfortable working collaboratively with Field Operations, Engineering, Work Delivery, and other stakeholder groups.
The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$60.00 and CA$74.50
