Project Coordinator
Experience Required: 4–7 years
Education: Associate’s degree or international equivalent
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support and drive the successful execution of pipeline-related projects. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners, ensuring project activities are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate project schedules, milestones, and critical paths to ensure timely delivery

Facilitate communication across teams, vendors, and stakeholders

Organize and lead project meetings, including drafting agendas and minutes

Track and maintain project documentation, including regulatory records and internal files

Manage and update project tracking tools, metrics, and calendars
-
Arrange travel and logistics for project activities as needed
-
Identify when external engineering support is required and initiate requisitions
Required Qualifications:
-
4–7 years of project coordination experience, ideally within the liquid or natural gas pipeline industry

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Strong organizational, multitasking, and documentation skills
-
Willingness to travel up to 20%
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience handling multiple concurrent projects

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Engineering background and/or PMP certification
