Project Coordinator
Experience Required: 4–7 years
Education: Associate’s degree or international equivalent

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support and drive the successful execution of pipeline-related projects. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners, ensuring project activities are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project schedules, milestones, and critical paths to ensure timely delivery

  • Facilitate communication across teams, vendors, and stakeholders

  • Organize and lead project meetings, including drafting agendas and minutes

  • Track and maintain project documentation, including regulatory records and internal files

  • Manage and update project tracking tools, metrics, and calendars

  • Arrange travel and logistics for project activities as needed

  • Identify when external engineering support is required and initiate requisitions

Required Qualifications:

  • 4–7 years of project coordination experience, ideally within the liquid or natural gas pipeline industry

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and documentation skills

  • Willingness to travel up to 20%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience handling multiple concurrent projects

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Engineering background and/or PMP certification
