Reporting to the Manager – Project Cost & Change Controls, the Project Change Coordinator is responsible for managing the integrated change management process for assigned project(s). From early project phases (including before preliminary design), this position facilitates and advises on the change management process from end-to-end, when changes arise to the project baseline scope, cost, or schedule. Working closely with the project execution team and the PMO functional experts (i.e. Estimators, Schedulers, Cost Control), this position tracks, documents, facilitates, and analyses project changes and impacts to ensure that changes are appropriate, controlled, validated, integrated and approved before implementation.
