Job Title: Oracle PCMCS Developer

Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid)

Job Description 

We are seeking an experienced Oracle PCMCS Developer to design, develop, and implement Oracle Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service (PCMCS) solutions. The role is responsible for enhancing profitability analysis, cost modeling, and financial planning processes through Oracle PCMCS. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, finance, and IT teams to deliver scalable and effective EPM solutions. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Design and implement Oracle PCMCS models, frameworks, and complex allocation rules to support business profitability and cost analysis initiatives. 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical PCMCS solutions. 

  • Configure and customize Oracle PCMCS, including managing metadata, dimensions, and hierarchies. 

  • Develop and maintain data integrations processes between Oracle PCMCS and other systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. 

  • Test, debug, and troubleshoot Oracle PCMCS applications to ensure performance, accuracy, and reliability. 

  • Document system configurations, technical specifications, and development processes for ongoing support and knowledge sharing. 

  • Stay updated with Oracle PCMCS enhancements and identify opportunities to optimize existing solutions. 

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle PCMCS applications, working closely with end-users to address their needs and resolve any system-related problems 

  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with financial, IT, and BI systems. 

  • Enforce best practices for design, performance tuning, and scalability of PCMCS models. 

Required Qualifications 

  • Strong expertise in Oracle PCMCS including data modeling, calculation rule design, forms, and dashboards. 

  • Experience in full-cycle PCMCS implementations, including security configuration and testing. 

  • Proficient in functional requirement analysis and translating them into detailed technical designs. 

  • Experience with PCMCS Data Management (DM) for inbound and outbound integrations. 

  • Analytical problem-solver with strong communication and collaboration skills. 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Oracle PCMCS Certification 

  • Knowledge of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes and cost management
