Transformation Lead – Business Process & Change Management
Overview
Our client is hiring a Transformation Lead to support large and complex modernization and improvement initiatives. The role focuses on business process redesign, large-scale change management, and helping operational teams transition into future-state workflows.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end transformation projects from planning through execution and adoption
• Analyze business operations to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
• Develop future-state process frameworks and oversee implementation across multiple departments
• Drive large, complex change initiatives using structured methodologies
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement, communication, and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
• Deliver training, coaching, and support to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies
• Monitor effectiveness of transformation initiatives and adjust plans as needed
• Support additional transformation work assigned by the Senior Program Manager
Business Process Modification
• Map current workflows, define future-state processes, and remove operational bottlenecks
• Build practical, standardized frameworks tailored to an operational or manufacturing environment
• Ensure redesigned processes align with project, safety, and production realities
Change Management Leadership
• Lead the people side of major organizational changes
• Build communication, training, and readiness plans that support adoption
• Influence senior leaders and frontline teams to move change forward with minimal disruption
Must Have Experience
-
10+ years in business process improvement and organizational change management

Background working in operational or manufacturing plant settings

Proven experience overseeing large, complex change programs with cross functional impact

Hands on experience with Excel for analysis and reporting, and familiarity with ERP systems (ideally Oracle)

Experience working with collaboration and knowledge management tools such as SharePoint
Nice To Have Experience

Experience building or maintaining performance dashboards in Power BI

Exposure to asset and maintenance management systems such as Maximo

Formal certifications in change or process improvement (Prosci, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or similar)
The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$70.00 and CA$90.00
