  • Liaise with project management, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives to facilitate timely information flow.

  • Support project closeout activities, including collecting warranties, as-built documentation, manuals, and other required turnover records.

  • Ensure project documentation and administrative processes comply with established project procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar construction project administration role.

  • Experience supporting at least one or two construction projects involving formal project management processes.

  • Experience using construction management software such as Procore or similar platforms is an asset.

  • Ability to learn proprietary project management systems and adapt to established workflows.

  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and follow up proactively with multiple project stakeholders.

  • Experience in mining, industrial, commercial, or institutional construction is an asset.

  • Familiarity with subcontractor coordination, safety documentation, and construction closeout processes is preferred.

  • Rotational site schedule, anticipated to be 8 days on and 6 days off, with some potential flexibility.

  • Camp accommodations and meals provided while on site.

  • Candidates must have reliable transportation to and from the project site.

  • Opportunity to work alongside experienced construction management professionals on a multidisciplinary building project.
