The Opportunity:
Our client is seeking a Digital Platforms Administrator to support the day-to-day administration, configuration, and operational support of enterprise digital platforms. The role focuses on Akamai CDN and Adobe Experience Cloud, with additional responsibilities supporting product feed management and corporate domain administration.
This will have ownership of several platforms and domain responsibilities at our end client including;
1. Akamai CDN
- Administer Akamai CDN configurations, including properties, caching, redirects, certificates, and Cloudlets.
- Support production changes, testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate technical incidents with Akamai Support, application teams, and security stakeholders.
2. Adobe Experience Cloud
- Administer and support Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Target, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Experience Platform/CDP, Workfront, Workfront Fusion, and AEM Assets/DAM.
- Manage users, permissions, configurations, workflows, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and support digital asset management, metadata, publishing, and Content Hub operations.
- Coordinate platform changes and escalations with internal teams and Adobe Support.
3. Productsup
- Provide administrative and operational support for the Productsup platform.
- Support product feed configuration, monitoring, access management, and troubleshooting.
- Investigate issues involving upstream product data and downstream channels.
4. Domain Management
- Manage corporate domain registrations, renewals, ownership records, and contact updates through Webnames.ca.
- Coordinate domain portfolio maintenance with the legal team.
- Support DNS and CDN changes in collaboration with application and security teams.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience administering and troubleshooting Akamai CDN.
- Experience supporting and administering Adobe Experience Cloud platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with integrations, production changes, testing, and validation.
- Ability to coordinate technical issues across internal teams and external vendors.
Preferred Qualifications
- Productsup or comparable product feed management experience.
- Corporate domain administration and DNS management experience.
- Familiarity with enterprise incident and change management processes.
The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between ¤75.00 and ¤95.00
