Recruiter Summary
The ideal candidate is a Senior ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. This individual will take a lead role in ETS’s ServiceNow transformation initiative, working closely with stakeholders and implementation partners to build a modern, scalable ITSM platform. The hiring manager’s ideal profile combines deep ServiceNow development expertise with strong knowledge of ITSM processes, integrations, automation, and enterprise platform architecture.

Why This Role Exists
ETS is planning to migrate from ConnectWise to ServiceNow to modernize its service management platform and consolidate multiple disconnected tools and manual processes into a unified enterprise solution.
Rather than relying heavily on external consultants, ETS is investing in internal ServiceNow expertise by hiring a Senior ServiceNow Developer who can help lead platform design, configuration, development, integrations, and long-term optimization. This individual will partner with ServiceNow consultants during implementation and become the organization’s primary technical owner of the platform.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving automation, workflow orchestration, service management maturity, asset management improvements, reporting capabilities, and operational efficiencies across ETS and its subsidiaries.
Project Overview
The ServiceNow initiative will replace and consolidate several existing tools and processes into a single platform for:

  • IT Service Management (ITSM)
  • Ticketing and Service Requests
  • Asset Management
  • Procurement Workflows
  • Process Automation
  • Reporting and Operational Visibility

The goal is to create a scalable enterprise platform that improves efficiencies, reduces manual effort, increases automation, and supports future expansion across multiple business units and subsidiaries.
