Job Title: Training Support Professional
Location: Langley, BC (Hybrid)

Our client is a leading energy utility that generates, purchases, distributes and sells electricity. They are currently looking for a Training Support Professional for their Langley location.
Overview:
Our client is looking for a Training Support professional who will be responsible for supporting the development and delivery activities that will drive stakeholder awareness, readiness and adoption through the change of the clients Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS).
Role Accountabilities
- Collect scheduling inputs from business groups to develop and manage training schedules
- Execute training logistics to ensure successful delivery of all training
- Analyze data and develop reports by using databases, information systems, surveys and tools to track training delivery metrics
- Support the development of user-friendly technical training materials and courses to support successful adoption
- Collaborate with the project team and the business to support gathering and confirming training requirements and organizational context.
- Support assessing and translating subject matter into content that can be easily understood by target audiences.
- Support the design and development of basic training materials for low impact changes such as presentations, job aids, guides, information brief.
- Measure and evaluate effectiveness of training materials and delivery including lessons learned.
- Plan and execute corrective measures as needed.
Education and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Change Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related discipline
- A minimum one (1) year of change management experience or equivalent.
- Excellent English communication skills (oral, writing, presentation/training and interpersonal)
- Quick learner and technical aptitude, with an ability to synthesize and make sense of information from multiple sources
- Organized, self-starter and takes initiative
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with public speaking
The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$43.50 and CA$54.00
