Job Title: Engineering Analyst I
Location: North York, Ontario (hybrid 3 days a week)
Contract Duration: 8 months
Role Summary:
In the role of Engineering Analyst I, you will work closely with our team of Energy Service Advisors and Commercial Customers to promote the benefits of our energy conservation programs. Roles and responsibilities:
Support the Commercial Sales team, Business Partners, Customers and National Accounts to drive participation in our Commercial Energy Conservation programs in the pursuit of reaching energy efficiency targets.
Support application processing through the collection of information and documentation, analysis of data and energy efficiency potential, and calculation of eligible incentives.
Utilize a customer relationship management (CRM) software for project tracking, and reporting of workload management.
Support the management of inbound and outbound leads and program inquiries.
Extract, clean, combine and analyse data from different internal and external data sources to uncover opportunities and advance results.
Provide a high level of customer service by phone and email for customers, business partners and cross-boundary colleagues.
Support energy efficiency programs at customer meetings, applicable trade shows and energy forums and events.
Required Qualifications:
You are a new-grad with 0-3 years of experience with a degree Engineering, Business, Environmental Science or a related discipline.
Effective and professional communication both verbal and written with ability to communicate with all levels within the organization.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
Effective time management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Solid computer skills and experience using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to actively and consistently represent Client’s core values (Safety, Integrity, Respect, Inclusion, High Performance).
The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$22.00 and CA$25.00
