Job Title: HR Recruiting Specialist (Junior)

Location: Calgary, AB (Hybrid)

HR Services Representative

Reporting to the Manager, HR Services, the HR Services Representative will provide first-point-of-contact support for all human resources inquiries from employees and retirees across company on a variety of HR processes, policies, practices, and programs.

What you’ll do
• Respond to general HR queries and provide guidance in line with company HR processes, policies, practices, and programs.
• Manage cases for employee lifecycle events, including facilitation and coordination with internal HR teams and oversee full process to completion.
• Provide high quality, timely resolution and professional customer service via online portal, telephone, and chat
• Collaborate with HR partners to resolve complex matters, find solutions and escalate matters not resolved at the first point of contact to the appropriate stakeholders
• Thoroughly and accurately record all inquiries using case management application and maintenance of HR data in SAP and or workday
• Support the administration of various human resources programs for employees and leaders
• Identify opportunities to improve our service focused on user experience, effectiveness and efficiency as well as simplifying processes
• Participate in ongoing training and learning opportunities as well as projects or initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications
• University degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Two or more years of Human Resources or relevant experience
• Minimum of one year in a service role with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Strong ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with impact and handle confidential information
• Ability to resolve inquiries in an effective and timely manner while managing competing priorities in a high-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Problem solver with critical thinking skills including an aptitude to adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic and complex organization

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Workday, SAP and ServiceNow

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$19.00 and CA$25.00
