Job Title: Reporting and Analytics Business Professional
Location: Burnaby, BC (Hybrid)
Estimated Duration: 12 Months
Our client is a leading energy utility that generates, purchases, distributes and sells electricity. They are currently looking for a Reporting and Analytics Business Professional for their Burnaby location.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assessing data needs and preparing data sets for the various dashboards and analytics reports.
- Develop reports and analytics tools
- Prepares data, develops reports performs analytics, and delivers reporting services to support business needs.
- Lead development of analytics projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholder groups to clarify reporting and analytics requirements and ensure delivery meets requirements.
- Provide technical advice and guidance to stakeholders on reporting and analytics solutions.
Experience:
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, etc.; open to other disciplines as well.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, which must include demonstrated analytic capabilities
- Experience leading internal process improvements across teams/departments.
- Experience mapping and redesigning business processes to improve efficiency.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to turn data into clear visual insights.
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder?engagement skills.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, adapt to change, and handle multiple priorities.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI).
The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$56.00 and CA$69.50
