Job Title: Advisor, Change Management

About the Role
The Advisor, Change Management plays a key role in helping employees adapt to new systems, tools, and processes during ongoing business transformation initiatives. This position combines technical knowledge with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills to ensure that organizational changes are well understood, effectively adopted, and integrated with minimal disruption to day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities

Support change management activities tied to major enterprise programs, including the rollout of new digital platforms and business applications.

Translate complex technical impacts into clear, meaningful information for affected teams and leaders.

Develop and deliver communication strategies, engagement plans, and training materials to guide employees through transition periods.

Collaborate with project teams and business leaders to identify which groups will be affected, assess potential risks or resistance, and design mitigation plans.

Gather and analyze feedback from stakeholders and end users to refine change management strategies and improve adoption outcomes.

Contribute to the creation and execution of sponsorship roadmaps, coaching plans, training initiatives, and resistance management approaches.
Qualifications & Experience

Post-secondary degree in a related field.

Minimum 4 years of experience in Operations, Construction, Engineering, or Asset/Work Management, with a focus on process improvement or technology implementation.

Strong understanding of how individuals and teams adapt to change, with familiarity in recognized change management frameworks and practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to tailor messages to various audiences.

Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships across diverse teams.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and Adobe tools.
The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$65.00 and CA$75.00
