JOB DESCRIPTION
We’re seeking a skilled and visually strong Communications Advisor to support an integration program team. This role is ideal for a communications professional who can transform technical information into clear, engaging presentations and visual content. The position focuses on creating impactful internal and external materials that inform, educate, and inspire a wide range of stakeholders.

Communication Development: Support the development of messaging that educates and informs on organizational changes.

Program Materials: Prepare key resources such as FAQs, talking points, roadmaps, articles, and dashboards to support leadership and stakeholder engagement.

Metrics & Reporting: Track communication effectiveness (reach, open rates, sentiment, etc.) and provide leadership updates on readiness, adoption, and potential risks.

Change Management: Experience in stakeholder support and illustrating integration progress with visual tools (e.g., heatmaps) is an asset.
SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

Design and deliver polished presentations for executive briefings, stakeholder meetings, and internal updates.

Translate complex operational and technical information into clear, visually compelling formats.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and clarity.

Create infographics, slide decks, and other visual assets using PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.

Ensure brand and style consistency across all communication products.

Support video production and editing for internal and external audiences.

Draft and edit content for newsletters, employee updates, and stakeholder communications.

Coordinate with technical and non-technical staff to gather information and craft clear messaging.

Manage timelines, deliverables, and version control for communication projects.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Public Relations, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in communications, preferably in complex, highly regulated, or public-facing industries.

Proficiency in presentation software (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Prezi) and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).

Strong visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.

Experience applying brand and style guidelines.

Self-starter with initiative and ability to adapt quickly.
Preferred

Advanced skills in presentation development and visual storytelling.
The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$30.00 and CA$40.00
